Upon signing up to the subscription service, you will receive a case shortly after, then every March, June, September and December from that point onwards. For example, if you were to sign up in April, you would receive an initial case of wine within a few days of sign up, then receive the next case in June and so on. An initial payment will be taken upon sign-up and then quarterly thereafter, falling at the end of February, end of May, end of August and end of November.
One-off case purchases will be delivered within a few days of ordering. If you have any specific requests regarding the delivery date, please contact us.
