This is a remarkable wine from the historic Vojvodina wine region (no, we had not heard of it either) in Serbia - and is as far away from inexpensive Italian Pinot Grigio as one can imagine. The colour is more deep rosé than white, there are lovely aromas of honey and rose petal and the palate is more like that of an orange wine - intense, umami-infused and with great grip.
